From Frustrated Accountant to Automation Advocate
Look, I spent seven years at mid-sized accounting firms watching clients drown in repetitive financial admin. Invoice processing, payment tracking, expense categorisation — stuff that software could handle in minutes was eating up entire afternoons.
The breaking point came during tax season 2018. A cafe owner I'd worked with for three years showed up with shoeboxes. Actual shoeboxes of receipts. She'd been too busy running her business to keep proper records. We spent 40 hours reconstructing her finances manually.
That's when it clicked. These business owners didn't need another accountant telling them what to do. They needed someone to show them how to set up systems that worked while they slept. So I left the firm, brought in a mate who'd been building workflow automation tools, and durexanvia was born.
We're not here to replace your accountant or bookkeeper. We're here to make sure you're not wasting time on tasks a computer should be handling. Our training programs focus on practical setup — the kind you can implement by next Monday, not next quarter.
How We Actually Help Businesses
No fluff, no overnight transformations. Just practical automation setups that fit how Australian businesses actually operate.
Process Mapping
We start by mapping your current financial workflows. Where's the manual data entry happening? Which reports take forever? What's duplicated across systems? Most businesses find 6-8 hours of weekly admin that could be automated.
Custom Setup Plans
Every business has different software already in place. We don't push specific tools — we show you how to connect what you're already using. Xero, MYOB, spreadsheets, whatever works. The goal is making them talk to each other properly.
Hands-On Training
Our programs run for 8-12 weeks starting September 2025. You'll build your automation systems during the sessions, not just watch presentations. By the end, you'll have working solutions running your financial admin.

Who's Actually Running This
Freja Lindqvist
Lead Automation Trainer
Freja handles most of the training programs and client consulting. She spent eleven years working in financial software implementation before joining durexanvia in 2021. Her background is systems analysis, which basically means she's really good at finding inefficiencies and fixing them.
She's based in Port Macquarie and runs most of our in-person workshops. When she's not teaching automation, she's probably out on her boat or complaining about people who don't backup their data properly.
